Although the hotel was fairly new, it was poorly run. The busy highway right beside the hotel was extremely loud, we barely got any dleep. Theres no hot tub and the pool was small and freezing cold. The front desk staff was extremely rude, very uninformative of the Hilton Points Program and told us we will NOT be collecting any AFTER we had paid for our stay. She was also not very helpful with food establishments as there was no restaurant nearby aside from the casino down the road and was closed at 9 pm. Although they did have continental breakfast, we unfortunately witnessed the employee serving it talking rudely about the amount of portions another guest had on his plate. We decided to eat in our rooms in fear of being chastised for eating. Needless to stay it was a horrible experience and we will definitely not be returning!
