Needs TLC

The blow dryer wasn't working and there was a big draft coming from one of the small windows you can open. You can actually see the curtains moving when the curtains are closed due to the draft. As a result of that the heat was on most of the time. Not too good on the electrical bill. Otherwise the hotel and its location is very good and they also provide a free voucher for the local mineral pool.

Beautiful area and a good price. Staff at the front desk were kind. The bed was clean and comfortable. Hotel is Very run down. Front doors don't open or close on their own anymore. Heat didn't work in the room. Just a space heater which took all day to warm up room. Jets in the tub didn't work. Carpets are very worn.

The first room had a leak at toilet tank. The room was very hot. Called front desk, the lady staff came rightaway. She quickly switched us to next room. The heater did not work and room was cold. We put our jackets on top of blankets over night. The lady staff was very friendly with smiles. Room is clean and shower is good. Underground parking is free. A little run down of the building.

The front is broken, carpet between the hallway and the room some was taped with painter tape, most room left an open gap, carpet very dirty, some room has no heat but a small portable heater was provided.

This was the worst hotel! TV didnt work, phone out of order, plug ins not working, iron went on and off, grout in bathtub needed a clean, no restaurant as they advertised one but it was closed. People lined up at reception with complaints.Dont waste your money. Stay so.ewhere else
