Love the pools, parking should be included for the price though and the breakfast buffet is overpriced as well. Nice staff, and the East Tower had dated furniture, but comfortable beds and we loved having a balcony.

Todo muy bien respecto al servicio y a la atencion en el hotel. Tuvimos suerte de hacer early check -in Desafortunadamente en el baño de nuestra habitacion la limpieza fue pesima. Habia muchos pelos detras de la puerta y del toilet. Incluso abajo del tapete de baño. Baseboards sucios. Ninguna de nosotras sintio comodidad para ducharnos. Todo lo demas bien. Albercas bien. Relajantes. Buen servicio en el front desk. Muchos lugares alrededor del hotel.

Tracy and the lovely other lady at the front desk were so accomodating after I accidentally book the animal friendly room by mistake . They quickly put us in a different section with a great view overlooking the pool ! They were all so nice at the front there and surrounding staff will defintely be staying there again . Great little tea time for some tea and cookies also for 30 min :) all in all great hotel for it being a bit older of a building !

I've been many times, and they never acknowledge that. I love it though the outdoor adult pool needs painting/cleaning. Staff generally great. Check in slow but i did the prebook - mixed feelings about that.

Harrison is such a lovely area. I love the Hot Springs as well! It was a little strange no one told us there would be no one cleaning our room. That it would be upon our request and even then only if they had enough staff at that time.
