apparently there are no "handicapped" or high rise toilets on the premises. This poses a large problem for anyone with physical challenges in their hips, knees or back. There should at least be one higher toilet off the lobby perhaps??

The pictures on the website were False advertisement! The room was not as good as projected. In the rooms, hot water was an issue, taking 10 mins to heat up before use, and the sofabed advertised was a very small Ikea old futon with no sheets provided to make into a bed, which would only fit a toddler. I had to ask for a different room with queen beds instead of a king with a proper pull-out sofa! No discount was offered, and then the lady at the desk was vulgar and didn't want to give the other room to me. There was an extremely loud team staying there. They were above us, jumping off beds until well after midnight. Breakfast was stale, from overcooked pancakes/waffles to mouldy bread, and the pastry was also stale! The coffee tasted like it was burnt! The hot tube had a whole team in there after 9:00, and there was no sign of any parental supervision or signs to address teams to limit the amount of time they could take over the whole facility to allow adults to have a quiet hot tub or swim. Overall, it was a horrible, noisy stay!

They were very accommodating taking us after a flight cancellation. At 12:30am the front desk staff was very cheerful. There was a foot of new snow outside so they hadn’t had a chance to clear that all up but were helpful in helping us with our luggage outside too.

We arrived in Seattle late from A 6 hour flight and hotels were too expensive in Seattle, so decided to drive 4 hours to Abbotsford and get a hotel. We got in at 230am and i was exhausted and booked the incorrect night through expedia. We arrived at the hotel with 2 little kids that were very tired and the lady at the desk was very rude and didnt care i had made a mistake in booking this room. She made me pay for another night and didnt even offer to have a manager look into it the next morning and give me a refund. We had no chouce but to pay for a room and get our poor kids to bed. We were each carrying a kid and had luggage in the other hand and she had the berve to make us walk across a cold parking lot to the other building and then to the top floor at the very end. The longest route possible to lug 2 40 lb kids and luggage. Expedia is trying to recover the funds for me as they cant refund only the property can but no luck thus far. The hotel was not full at all and she did nothing to help us but only made it harder. I have sent in a comolaint to the hotel directly as well.
