There was some bug crawling on our pillow. Room just looked and felt dated. The carpet seemed dirty and was prob the musty smell. Definitely not worth the price.

Excellent hotel, staff are friendly and very helpful! CARMEN DIAZ the receptionist was very helpful. The Cathedral is less than 1/2 block away, shopping, pharmacies and food options were big. I booked for 4 nights then booked another 4 additional nights! Great experience!

Convenient location. Posh looking building and room. Comfortable. On Expedia, I stated the ages of my children. Upon arrival I was charged $500 Mexican pesos because my teens count as adults. Not attractive for a hotel IMO. Expedia and the hotel should fix that res glitch. Drains in bath clogged, and 2 towels for 4 people even after charging. Breakfast set up was unorganized. Staff is very polite and helpful. Just a cheap enterprise trying to save a penny where they can.

We barely got out of eye surgery and we were waiting to check in but the guy in the front forgot about us. He passed his turn to another employee and he don't even let her know about us or another people waiting for our reservations. Everybody was nice but him was rude or did it on purpose.
