Property is older and needs a remodel. Shower and toilet drain slowly. Noise from pool is excessive.

Room condition was terrible. Old and untidy. People with very Loud music in the pool. Room had No microwave, no fridge, bathroom faucet half broken, no phone, so you cannot contact any hotel services, no hair dryer, unless you go to reception and put a $400 MXP deposit, sarcastic front desk person, and this is only 2 hours into the first night! Radisson Casa Grande used to be a very clean, well-maintained, and equipped hotel, and not the cheap motel it is now... Depending how the night goes with the noisy pool gang, may decide to go to a decent hotel tomorrow and challenge the charge from the 2nd night I already paid....very frustrating, Expedia partner hotels tend to be very decent...
