Had a nice stay. Only downfall is no one told us the breakfast wasnt included so when we got a bill at the end breakfast we were shocked. Especially since we just grabbed a couple small things but were charged for a buffet.

Hotel was really dirty and smelled horrible. To top it all of when we entered the hotel room, the room was at 80 deg. Turned the ac on and the ac was broken! Told the front desk and they blew us off.

Most comfortable beds
Clean and quiet with comfortable beds and the best pillows. The shower door does leak water all over the floor, but I just put down extra towels to clean it up. Overall the Hilton is my best option when visiting family in Chico.
