Wonderful stay within a couple of blocks of downtown and the university. There was music in the town square three of the nights we were there. Staff was very pleasant an accommodating. Bed was very comfortable memory foam. Easy access as we were able to park right in front of the door. Oh, and a bonus to have Schubert’s delicious homemade ice cream right across the street!

Very nice popular hotel for parents dropping of children to college. Right next door there is a seafood place that is great. It was a very clean room with plenty of towels and things needed. Would recommend if in the area

Have stayed here a few times because my child goes to Chico State. For the price its good. Breakfast is also included. Parking can be a little difficult inside their parking lot but around the block there is parking.

Don't let the outside area of this hotel or the area fool you! The rooms are beautiful. Shower is amazing and very peaceful. Truly enjoyed my overnight stay.. and the lady that helped me at the counter late night was very nice and accommodating. I felt the price was higher priced when I booked, but I would compare this room in someways to the gold country casino because of the shower in this room, but there was no bathtub. They were the same price with for the same type of room.
