My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Royal Sonesta. The staff were lovely and always extremely helpful. The property itself was well-maintained, clean and classy. Proximity to the major highlights in downtown Chicago was a major plus. I hope their other properties are equally as charming as I definitely plan on booking again in the future.
