I would stay again because the super nice area

Hotel was in a very nice area and felt very safe Remote for the tv didnt work. Toilet would not flush Hvac had a weird smell

Okay, the room was dingy, walls needed washed down or repainted. The vents in the bathroom caked in thick dust, didn’t even want to consider sitting on the couch in our room, or the desk chair. A lot of trash on the outside of the building. Blood on the floor of the bathroom and the floor boards in the room above sounded like a construction crew as the occupants walked around above.

My experience at this property was not the greatest. There were dead bugs on the window ledge. My TV didn’t work for two nights. My room key stopped working a couple times, the man in the front desk was very rude and told me it was my fault because I had it next to my phone, which was not true because it was in my car the whole day. Everything in the room is pretty outdated and I had to constantly ask for shampoo and conditioner since they provide you with tiny little bottles. Also don’t let this property fool you. It’s not close to downtown Chicago.

Great stay!

Very nice hotel in a great location. Lobby and eating area exceptionally clean. Rooms clean. No odd smells at all in the hotel. Front desk very nice and the housekeeping did a fabulous job keeping the rooms and hotel clean.

Excellent location, right off of I-90, clean and able to walk thru the parking lot to pick up Pizza at Papa Johns, meal at Amazon Market. Clean, friendly staff, Excellent breakfast! We will be back!
