Great staff

Everyone was amazing from start to finish. We were there for a wedding and the staff was kind and helpful. Helped us with a photo moment and the valet parking really ended up being worth it. Our room was cozy. Especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the size of the bathroom for getting wedding ready.

We stayed at the hotel for my husband birthday, service was excellent, the only thing I didn’t care for parking was close to $100 bucks, and the rooftop lounge you couldn’t sit up there with your drink unless you purchased it from lounge, even though your a guess of hotel and the drink you had came from the hotel room

My tub got stopped up 2x with 4 woman in the room had too go thru this ridiculous I don’t feel it’s worth the stay with these type of problems one of the housekeepers walked in my room without knocking even after noticing we was in room they still came on in no privacy one of the laters was changing her shirt

Staff is either really good at acting or genuinely nice people. Lobby is beautiful. Smells like autumn/gingerbread. Food not bad. Didn't check everything out but the work out room is pretty sufficient. Pool at the top floor next to lounge. Not a super high building so that's nice. It's just great. Would DEFINITELY DEFINITELY stay again. Oh - Rick Bayless' Velvet Taco to the right and Lou Malnati's to the right .... Can't go wrong. Walkable area about 10 mins from Loyola Chicago, 15 from Northwestern. Starbucks Reserve is 15 mins too.
