This is a vintage hotel which i loved! Our room was huge with a separate bedroom and two bathrooms. This was a fancy hotel back in the day! Crown molding on the ceilings, tile, granite in barhrooms. Breakfast in the restaurant was a nice bonus. Enjoyed our one night stay and whirlwind trip to Chicago!

I'm a little disappointed with my recent hotel stay. 😔 The location was perfect for exploring, which was a huge plus! However, the service wasn't great and the gym was closed during my visit. I understand things happen, but for the price I paid, I definitely expected more. #traveltroubles #disappointed

The hotel was adequate. I've stayed in other BW Premier hotels and this one was lacking by comparison. It's dated but clean. Examples: bedside light didn't have a switch, no microwave or refrigerator-just giant holes where they used to be, no real coffee service (they supplied a hotpot and instant bags for coffee and tea), no ice machine or vending machines, and the shower required instructions. I'd probably not stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lobby staff was ok, but housekeeping extremely friendly and pleasant. Happy to get anything we needed and so nice. Our room was super spacious which I always appreciate even just traveling with one other person, nice to have a desk, couch/coffee table and sitting area in addition to the bed and bathroom. Plenty of counter space with two bureaus plus mini fridge. Bathroom was good, one complaint would be I wish it was a little cleaner. Hallway had an odd smell but wasn’t as bad in the room, I also just got used to it. Very quaint, old timey and cozy. Not too outdated at all and super comfortable. Best part was the comfy bed!!! Room got nice and dark, quiet, with AC. easy to sleep in. Amazing price for the location and space we got. I already miss the bed and linens! Hotel located in an amazing walkable area with tons of convenient food and shopping. Would absolutely stay again!
