Hotel location was good and the room was big and comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated and we had problem with the water pressure in the washroom. The building has a good potential if only they spruce it up some more.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The building itself is classically beautiful. However I was very displeased to find hair all over the shower wall and floor. The fitted bed sheet was also dirty at the top near the head board, it looked like someone stepped there with their shoe. Also there was no mini fridge and as a pumping mom, I had no place to store my milk for my baby.

Great location. Puts you close to basically everything without being right in the thick of the crowds. Dog friendly, park not too far away. Parking is fairly convenient, in that it’s across the street. Price is good depending on time of year. Average everything else. Staff aren’t overly friendly, it’s clean, but it’s old so there are some nit-picky things that don’t impact what I would consider cleanliness.

The room was very comfortable, however the heating and cooling system was incredibly noisy… it sounded like a washer that was over loaded and off balance. The shower took 10 / 15 minutes to get hot each time that we used it.. just not a place that pays attention to details😒

Came for the price so didn’t expect too much. When I came the customer service was great. Provided waters , ice, even a microwave which was a surprise. Great area you’re around everything and the hotel is very clean. Would go back again.

I loved that the hotel was "historical" but it needed to be updated/finished. Example would be the peeling paint on the shower ceiling, wallpaper peeling in some areas. The staff was underwhelming. My "city view" was that of the apt building across the street. On a positive note, the hotel was in a great area & was very convenient to get to the Train & other transportation! The bed was SUPER comfortable & the work desk was helpful.
