The luxury atmosphere and it's location near the magnificent mile. The staff was lovely and they were expedient with our room service request and excursion recommendation. There was only one slight fall; however, the breakfast selections did not meet my expectations. The quality of the breakfast was a step down from the breakfast served at BW Plus hotels. Once this issue is resolved, The Whitehall will be the talk of the surrounding area.

Great One-Night Stay

This is a historic hotel with a lot of charm in a great location. The staff was super helpful and the free breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The walls are a little thin and the halls are tight, but I enjoyed this place.

This hotel is definitely in an upscale area. Many luxury brand store near by. The hotel itself is on the older side, rooms are a bit too dark we requested a microwave and they brought it. Great complementary breakfast! Room was overall clean.
