They had a hot water problem and sent us and our niece with her daughters to another hotel, BUT we were planning a surprise party and multiple family and friends were all rebooked to the other hotel where the surprise went off successfully. We never saw the Westin, but their efforts made it happen

Great hotel, I have stayed here before. Friendly and professional staff and nice rooms. The only thing that bothered me is that there was a half-drank bottle of Coke in the mini-fridge in my room. That tells me that the cleaning staff either did not check it--which means they didn't clean it, or, it was theirs, which is not appropriate.
