The room was actually our second room because the first one wasn’t clean. The room was spacious but the bed hurt my back. I won’t be returning to any Westin hotel.

A little disappointed
I stayed to attend my mom’s memorial service. The hotel was clean and all, but the key was not working, so I had to change it, but the same thing happened despite changing the key; they found the lock needed battery change. I was very tired from the funeral and all, but I had to wait at least 15 minutes for them to take care of it. The maintenance person was kind but I was upset.

Great hotel in good location
The hotel was in great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was large. My favorite thing about Westin Hotels is the wonderful clean, calming aroma when you walk in the lobby! The toiletries have that same great smell.

We love it
Relaxing weekend stay for mom and I mentioned her birthday and the hotel provided complimentary birthday treat it was the sweetest thing ever we both were so happy and surprised! They are wonderful we love the Westin. Only was bummed that the weekend was full of kids and teens and I couldn’t get to the pool until morning of checkout. I was finally able to have some quiet time and pool to myself. We look forward to coming back!
