Cute little spot!

We spent one night here for a concert in boystown/wrigleyville area. The property is very cute and the Wrigley theming is tasteful and fun. Parking is in a garage behind the building, about a 3 min walk, and an attendant takes your car and parks/retrieves it for you. For $25 a day you get in/out access for 24 hours. Super close to lots of food and recreation! Ubers were $7 or less to wrigleyville (on a Tuesday night in March). The room was super small but I think that's to be expected. Also some remodeling noise early in the morning. Otherwise we were comfortable and the room was clean. Would like to see more than 1 bath towel per person (normally I use two).

I was impressed with the room cleanliness. My plans were just to have a place for the one night transfer to clean up before my flight but I found the place to be a decent option for an extended stay. I will seriously consider this property for my next trip.

Nice place, needs coffee makers

My partner and I stayed at the Majestic to go see a concert. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved that there were robes. There were extra pillows in the closet. The location was great - a quiet street a short walk away from Wrigley Field. My sole complaint is that there was no coffee maker in the room.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything we needed. Walkable neighborhood. Parking was a little confusing, but even having the option for off street parking is great so we didn’t mind. Would definitely return

For baseball enthusiasts only?

Honestly was a disappointed. Was just staying in the area to have access to the waterfront and the dining and street life with a friend, but but this hotel seems to cater almost solely to the baseball crowd. Which is fine, given the distance from Wrigley, but as someone staying for another reason I found all the baseball decor to be fine... but other than that aspect the vibes in the room were just "worn and sparse." Furniture in our suite was worn and uncomfortable. Bed was not comfy. Walls were mostly bare, bathroom was old and inconveniently organized for travel. Ditto the elevator. I get it: old hotels in a place like Chicago are hard to retrofit. But this felt budget for not *that* budget of prices, in some ways that actually did feel fixable (decor, conveniences both in the room and in the main lobby). I did appreciate the contracted underground parking (for a fee), and the generally helpful comistimer service. I don't love giving a review that lacks enthusiasm, but I've stayed in many a budget hotel recently and in the past, and this one felt on the lower half of those experiences.

The hotel is comfortable, affordable, and in a nice section of Chicago. It's not fancy, but clean and with some touches of charm. Staff were friendly and competent. We would stay again.

A decent stay in a good location.

We had a fairly good stay. Suited our needs. Beds were fairly comfortable. The biggest draw back was the heating radiator clanked and banged horriblely a couple of times through the night.

This is a great neighborhood hotel residential area near Wrigleyville. Very walkable neighborhood. Hotel parking is in condo building around the block. Everything I needed was within a $5 uber. Room was large.

The entire facility was tired, old and in some instances not clean. The initial desk person was charming. The night desk person was found sleeping and snoring. The room was so very basic. Bathroom was clean and sufficient. I guess it was worth the price but I checked out after one night.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean and in a quiet neighborhood but the Serbian Front Manager is rude..condescending..profiling me as if im someone who will trash her hotel.The worst costumer service and i git a VIP pass from Expeda.Her treatment to m me was unprofessional and uncalled for.

Property was conveniently located for our purposes. The room was clean and had the basics we needed, comfortable bed, but toilet function was dicey and hot water wasn’t hot enough. Hallway carpeting desperately needs replacement. Staff were very nice and helpful. Parking and food were nearby.
