The entire facility was tired, old and in some instances not clean. The initial desk person was charming. The night desk person was found sleeping and snoring. The room was so very basic. Bathroom was clean and sufficient. I guess it was worth the price but I checked out after one night.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean and in a quiet neighborhood but the Serbian Front Manager is rude..condescending..profiling me as if im someone who will trash her hotel.The worst costumer service and i git a VIP pass from Expeda.Her treatment to m me was unprofessional and uncalled for.

Property was conveniently located for our purposes. The room was clean and had the basics we needed, comfortable bed, but toilet function was dicey and hot water wasn’t hot enough. Hallway carpeting desperately needs replacement. Staff were very nice and helpful. Parking and food were nearby.

This property has everything you need for a stay near Wrigley field. Some things are outdated- but you aren’t going to be spending time in the room- you are going to want to be out in the city exploring. 5-10min walk to Red Line depending on your pace. Highly recommend!

It was a cool looking as the photos, the lobby area was wonderful to hang out in by the fire. Walked to bars and restaurants over New Years week, had a great time.

It is a historic hotel in a very cozy and historic area of Chicago. Very walkable. The only downside is that the interior could seriously use some updates. Carpeting is old, floor squeak, etc.

Nice place!

Was a nice boutique hotel. I liked it a lot and my girlfriend did too. Staff was very nice and friendly and it is convenient to everything you'd want to go to. I'd definitely stay here again.

Loved this quaint place! Only difficulty was unloading luggage on busy street in the rain. Wish there was a better designated area. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and it was so charming. Would definitely book back again when returning to Chicago.

Staff is always super friendly. Stayed in December. The room was so hot- was hard to control the temp. Had to use the ac. Also the radiator banging was crazy loud. But its an old building so maybe not surprising. A towel rack for the hand towel would be good.
