The property was clean with a quiet room There was no daily maid service The facility seemed nice, clean open hallways. The restaurant wasn't open for evening meals and the bar was under construction. There didn't seem to be many business around within walking distances. A few were closed. However, there were businesses and restaurants within driving distances (10min) Overall it did the 'Hotel' part well

It was nice. We were in room 201. It has the best jet tub. The surrounding area made me feel a bit unsafe. Staff was really nice

I don’t have much to say about this property. I didn’t really find anything special about it. My room was outdated but it was clean. No issues with internet. The TV went out a few times but I assume it’s because of the rain. The AC was nice, it got pretty cold in the room. Staff was really nice and welcoming.

Nice but it could do without the racism.
We have stayed here in the past. It is a nice place, a little over priced but the shuttle to the Faire is nice. We had our family booked there for a weekend trip to Bristol. We had 8 rooms and everything was good. The bar and restaurant are closed, have been for a few years. Unfortunately our visit was sullied by a woman at the front desk who when asked about the bar across the street told us that it was "to dark in there". My husband responded with "they don't have good lighting?". Not taking the hint she plunged ahead with "there are alot of black people there" and "I wouldn't want you to get shot". Needless to say our next visit was in a new hotel...

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. Rooms need updated. Good price for what we got. The area seemed a little sketchy. Most morning's the same homeless man sat by the hotel. He asked us for money a few times. Breakfast was good, the lady in charge of it did a great job keeping everything stocked and clean. Would stay again if in the area.
