I enjoyed my stay here for a weekend in Chicago. They place a hold on your card for incidentals like most hotels however I was charged the full amount for incidentals and there was nothing broken or damaged in my room. I’ve reached out to the hotel and I have not heard back from anyone.

The hotel is really nice, I just wish we would have known about the dress code for the bar. We were only in town for a night and didn’t have other options it was disappointing but overall the property is beautiful.

Overnight stay

Check in was quick and easy. I got there late after coming in town for a day party so I was disappointed that food and drink services were shutting down. I would have loved an opportunity to experience the rooftop lounge and restaurant but overall everything was great! I got a good nights sleep, had time to refresh and get ready to endure the fridget cold before flying vack home.

The hotel was very nice but lacked in the housekeeping department. Our room was not clean daily and the biggest concern was the lack of fresh towels. We had to request towels everyday and even then we either got them hours later or not at all. All in all I would rate this hotel a 6/10.

Room was ready before 4pm Che kin time, courtesy water bottles at check in very nice, lots of amenities on property ! Used spot hero for discounted parking advised by hotel, parking was in hotel, room was a little spare on furniture but may have been because handicap room. Had a nice time, very pleased !
