When I first checked in there was no available robes like the website states. Got to the room and a lot of the walls are nicked up and could use some touch up. No toilet paper had to run to get our own. One of the jets on the whirlpool is broken or doesn’t spray well. And I paid extra to have rose petals everywhere and they were just on the bed area. Highly disappointed in the stay.

I checked out early from my room because i couldn't sleep. The jacuzzi's faucet was leaking drop by drop to the tub and while taking shower, the waterwent outside because the seal was not safe and i had to clean the whole thing. I COMPLAINED to the secretary of GM but she ignored me & never called back. BAD EXPERIENCE

The front desk was very pleasant and answered all questions. Got to the room and the stereo was blaring, took us 20min to figure it out! The room could definitely use a make over. The bed was comfy. We had the private pool suite and it looked really nice but the water smelled like a fish tank, I don't think they have any chemicals in the pool. My husband pulled 2 hair balls out of the pools traps. I seen a housekeeper cart and they could use some better supplies! I work front desk and housekeeping at a hotel and I understand how things go. But for the money u get u should be able to upgrade!
