Prime location of the hotel immediately by the River Walk in the Chicago Loop. Walking distance on Michigan Avenue, Millennium Park, Grant Park, Chicago Theater, retail and restaurants. Service at the front desk was good, especially by Daisy. The Plum Restaurant inside the hotel was superb. Great food, drinks and service.

I loved the spacious room and beautiful view of the city. The location was excellent everything within walking distance or a short Uber ride. The breakfast was amazing. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The view was nice, our room was as average as a 3.5 star hotel. But, maybe its not for my budget.. I know I'm in Chicago and prices very. But I had way better stays with 3.5 Star hotels. This hotel is rated 4.5 but thats for the "Up theres". 70$ Self park a night. $5-10 water bottles, Gym was $25 a day!! No pool?! $300! Deposit. Wasn't ready for that one. But thats what I get for last min planning. Oh, but having a micowave for $35 a stay is kinda decent. I hate eating cold left overs. But the Workers there are very kind and great customer service, no attitudes given. They looked out for me with some hydration drinks for going to a Festival.
