Two broken light switches in my bathroom. Not sure if there was a vent in bathroom, everything fogged up, but maybe that was one of the broken switches. Thought the room would be a bit nicer for the cost. I don’t think Platinum VIP Expedia level will ever get me a complimentary upgrade, I’ve lost all hope. Remember to request turn down service if you want it, and a bar soap. The bell service was exceptional. Design in the lobby is lovely and the welcome beverage was very good! A number of the chairs/sofas were heavily stained and I did not want to sit on them.

Superb service by the staff during our multi-day stay! The shower/water pressure was amazing and we appreciate the replenished water bottles each day. Small cons included a large wine stain to the bed, very noticeable/distracting marker marks to headboard, fraying/unfinished carpet at peripheral edge of the room/wall interface. Overall, I would recommend staying here due to the amazing staff and convenient location!
