When we arrived at the hotel, Zuma checked us in. She was so friendly and answered all of our questions. She made us feel really welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff was friendly and kept everything stocked despite how busy it was. We would stay here again if in the area.

Very dirty pool, extremely dirty bathrooms as well as overall room. We bought cleaning items at the local Walgreens and did a thorough clean ourselves. Definitely last time we stay.

NO HELP FRONT DESK

My stay was from 3/24 to 3/27 from day one there where kids running at all times through the whole hotel. Also kids where unsupervised at the pool. When I told the manager he offer to move me from room instead of removing the problematic people.Also towels in pool area where always low in stock. The $32 parking nightly fee is ridiculous also. Place is clean but front desk is not good.

The property itself was in need of some TLC. Stains on the carpets, corners not cleaned properly, dirt and debris in a large crack between the bedroom and bathroom area. But the thing that made me most upset is that we were not allowed to keep our car on property when we went to the airport DUE TO BUYING OUR HOTEL FROM EXPEDIA. Like, the property wouldn’t ALLOW us to keep our car here. It was extremely disappointing that “airport shuttle” was described on Expedia, making us assume that meant we could keep our vehicle here for a week, but then being told that because we purchased FROM EXPEDIA we were not allowed to do any such thing. Expedia should put that in bold print and not advertise an airport shuttle if we cant keep the car here. Very disappointed and considering not using Expedia ever again.

Hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful. The only thing I have a problem is having to pay $32 a day for parking in the hotel parking lot when you are already paying for the room. It should either be included in room cost or some kind of discount because that was a little outrageous.

Verify parking policy

Could have been accommodating. Called hotel prior to confirm parking and shuttle for while we are traveling. We’re not willing to have our car in the lot for pay even.
