Room very good, but i dont like that i paid extra while choosing room with breakfast included and just get a voucher to only get 4 pancakes, 1 milk and 1 sandwich for 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 11), asked front desk but rude and she said talk to expedia. Terrible

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was amazing! Beverly at the front desk called the Italian Village, after asking us where we were going for dinner, and told them it was my mom's birthday. They surprised her with a song and a free cannoli!! The valet service was great, too.

Beverly at the front desk was the most helpful and friendliest concierge ever. Greeting was friendly and information provided as to restaurants, sights was superior The lobby is difficult because of the color of marble and steps for older person.Decor in rooms was very good and so was lighting. Grab bars should be provided in regular rooms for safety. Adjusting temperature in room was difficult and windows drafty.

Excellent customer service and very quiet. Only disappointment was bathroom, cheap hardware in shower, no exhaust fan, but would still return to this hotel.
