I've stayed here before so I was glad to see the experience was just as great the second time around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in a bit earlier than expected, and was able to get a later check out time with a fee. The apartment and building is clean and easily accessible, with so many surrounding restaurants and cafes. I had a test of multiple food all within a ten minute walking distance. I will definitely stay here again in a future visit.

I like the view of this place, had a good few of the park and could see Michigan lake in the distance. Pretty cool that it had a wash and dryer, was not expecting that when we came. Like that it’s in walking distance from the museums, made traveling easy. Employees were also very helpful.

We stayed for an extended weekend with the purpose to visit the Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium. The proximity to the museum campus was great. It was also walkable to some restaurants that were highly recommended for Chicago style pizza and bagels. The room was clean and comfortable, a studio fit 2 adults comfortably. The reason it wasn’t a 5/5 was the confusion of the valet parking and the self check-in process. The valet wasn’t at the booth when I first arrived, which caused me to walk up/down the sidewalk with no luck. A taxi driver told me they were in the neighboring hotel. That advice got me to the right place. The valet was very kind, but it was a bit hectic at first. Checking out and getting my vehicle to go home worked just fine with no issues. For the self check-in, the key card pad wasn’t functioning at all, so we couldn’t make our keys on our own. Luckily a worker was at the desk and available to help. Overall would stay again.

We were able to walk to the Shedd aquarium, soldier field, millennium park,Ellis tower, etc. the views were incredible and check in was seamless. Only bummer was the hot tub was great one night and then wasn’t warm the next 2

Perfect for family trip

The apartment we stayed in was an excellent choice for our family trip. The unit was large, clean, updated with beautiful views. Having a kitchen, living room and separate bedrooms made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the park, museums, restaurants and grocery stores. The area felt safe and was very family friendly. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I would recommend staying here to our friends and any family. We will definitely stay there again.

We love coming here and we come at least once a year. My only thing is we always get the lake side and this time we did not. Still a nice chicago skyline view but if you can get the lake side it’s gorgeous!

This place charged my card twice because they said expedia didnt pay them. That is not the customers fault, that is a maintenance/site issue to take up with expedia & the front desk attendant was extremely passive & rude. The manager came to assist and we came to an understanding but this was unacceptable and did not leave a good impression. I was treated very poorly.
