When we entered our room, following check-in, it was nothing like the pictures provided on expedia. I called the front desk and asked for a different room and explained what was offered on line and what I expected. I was told they were fully booked, and dismissed on the phone. I am not at all happy with the misrepresentation, whether it was the fault of expedia or the hotel! Not satisfied!!!
Great location, right in front of the Trump tower. We’ve got a river view for additional USD 10 and it totally worth it. Sofa bed worked perfectly for our 4 yo daughter.
Staff went out of there way to help with an early check in and provided our group very nice rooms with great views! I will always stay here when I visit Chicago. Coffee was good too!
I really loved the customer service. Ronnie was exceptional, kind hearted, and patient, he gave us many excellent recommendations and made us feel welcomed. He was very attentive and always greeted us with a bright smile.
Location was great, able to walk to many area attractions. However, hotel wasn’t the cleanest. Stayed 3 nights & housekeeping never came even though we requested trashes be emptied & linens be replaced on day 2. Had to call the front desk 4 times over a 1 hour time period to get clean towels (I walked down there twice but they kept saying they’d send some right up).
Nice rooms, great location, excellent value, but no one except front desk staff speaks English. Had a problem when the lounge coffee machine stopped working and three staff members were fiddling with it. I tried to learn if it was close to being repaired or would require a service visit from a tech, but none of them could understand a word I was saying. I'm all for bilingual employees, but none of them were. This is the United States, right?
