The room was thoughtfully appointed (light switch for main overhead lights right by the bed which you don’t find nearly as often in hotel rooms as you would think, a desk that swivels out for dining, etc), the room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I had everything I needed to be comfortable including use of the water station in the hallway for chilled or room temp water. That was a really nice amenity. Upgrading to a river view room was really nice. The carpet both in the room and the elevator looked a little tired and the drapes in my room had stains on it. The sofa in the room also looked old and uninviting. Overall, though, I had a nice stay and the staff were wonderful.

Pictures on the website show an extravagant view, claiming you can see the river, and the bean from your window, all I saw was other buildings and rooftops, no river, no bean, not much of anything.

Neighbors were really loud, the ammenities such as the microwave and coffee didnt work. Elevator was broken and then downstairs when i asked for help with a refund the workers at the counter were not being so helpful. I would appreciate a refund for the money i spent on a room which the reservation dates were made wrong. Thank you
