Had a great stay at this property. A mistake was made when we checked in and we were out in the wrong room but they fixed it immediately and upgraded our room. Room was clean, hotel was quiet and overall a great stay.

A perfect location and amenities for a long weekend in the city. The kitchenette helps so much, saving on food costs, and making the stay more cozy and relaxing! Need bigger elevators, though!

The property is at a unique location next to the Drake Hotel, a steakhouse, lake views, walking distance to Starbucks Reserve. Unfortunately they were fixing the heat on Saturday evening midnight -3am so it was loud. The gym is also tiny.

It was great untill... someone walked into our room st 12am! I wish we could get an explanation why he opened our door and asked us a question about the heating or something, good thing I was half asleep and I noticed that there light coming from our door and someone happened to open it I'm guessing it was someone from the maintenance department and asked a question and realized that there was someone in the room and left I have no idea why it definitely did not make me feel safe at all. Something else was that on the floor we were on the noise level was horrible other neighbors were just screaming and yapping and laughing and talking so loud we had to switch rooms. we didn't feel safe and we could not sleep till 2:00 a.m. the staff was great and helped us throughout this experience moved us to a new room and was very friendly

It is extremely overpriced. They use predatory business practices and charge way too much in incidental fees. The rooms are dirty, the shower was not clean when I arrived, the kitchen counters were dirty, and when I asked for someone to clean my room, I was told that they don't do that. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel and their terrible service.

The views of this property are AMAZING! I stayed a total of 6 days the valet service is PHENOMENAL! It’s in walking distance of Michigan Ave where all the shopping is! It was clean safe and very comfortable! I would recommend this hotel again and again. I WILL BE BACK!!!
