Do not know what the Plus means in the name. Should be Negative! Room was dingy, furnature was all nicked up on edges, all furniture. Bath towels had black marks where they were washed and the marks dod not come out. Room service was not done so there goes getting fresh towels. Mattress had an indentation in it. Shower head was all full of crud so very limited water pressure in shower. Going to pass on Red Roof if thos is the direction they are going in.

Upon checking in, explained that myself and sister are disabled and was assigned to a 3rd floor room and told there was nothing else available after being charged. No elevator, just stairs. Was charged a $50 deposit when the site said $25. Bed were incredibly hard, like sleeping on the floor. Stay was average, nothing spectacular.

No room service (cleaning, garbage, clean linnen and towels) for the multiple days of our stay. In fact, I had to trade the housekeeper 1 dirty towel for 1 clean one. The fire alarm panel was broken with a sign saying to call 911 in case of fire, and the elevators were waiting for maintenance with my guess no plans to repair. From what I can tell, most people at the place lived there long term.

Needs a makeover but the staff was professional.
Most uncomfortable mattress ever. It was caved in. Blood stain sheets, rusty tub, slow to refill toilest makes it impossible to flush the toliet more than once in 10 minutes. Cigarette burns on sink with a fork in the drain. Florescent lighting mixed with natural lightbulbs. Pubic hair permanently laquored in the tub. I wouldn't eat the Continental breakfast if they had one.

Found 7 roaches in my room by hour 1, found out water was unpotable by hour 2 and before my 3rd hour in the room a gentleman kept knocking on my window asking me if i thought his girl was good looking and if i "wanted to do something about it" I left by hour 3 and came back to tell them i was checking out... police were already in the parking lot by my return.

This hotels don't have room service anymore, I askfor towels the second day and I didn't get any because the laundry room closes at 5 , the person at the front desk was so rude so next time I have to bring my own towels.

Prostitution being run and the cops (and neighbors) know it. Water is unpotable, burns yiur eyes if you shower and makes you throw up if you use it to brush your teeth. When you complain, they say they have the right to refuse your business, keep your money and throw you into the street. Then even blocked my number so i vouldnt call to request a refund. Expedia knows this and promotes human trafficing apparently.
