My first complaint is with Expedia, who did not verify our credit card with the red roof in. This process took over an hour to complete so that we could have our room. When we did get our room, it was dirty and broken locks. The TV wouldn't work. We were only given one towel and when I requested more, they said the laundry was closed.

Dirty, the non-smoking room reeked, could not sleep because of the smell, bathtub was horrendous, super dirty and floors were sticky. Guy at the front desk took a lot of breaks, we had to wait 30 min outside to get checked in because no one was there to open the door or pick up the phone.
