Matthew is amazing!

We really enjoyed the stay at the Quality Inn! Completely surprised we didn’t hear the airport like we thought. It was super quiet and we both slept amazing on the beds! Matthew at the front desk (and breakfast guy) was so friendly and has great customer service! In all reality- we had great experiences with all the staff throughout the hotel. We spent both nights in the hotel restaurant/bar and enjoyed our time there! We will stay here again next time we get to Chicago! Thank you for a great stay!

Pretty average stay for the type of hotel. Overall was clean except the carpets. They were in need of replacement throughout the hotel. The hallway carpets were very dirty as well as our rooms. The location was close to the airport. Nothing really around it so you are confined to your hotel. They charge for parking. Hotel shuttle was great. There is a trainline in the airport so you can take the shuttle to the airport to take that. Restaurant had lots of food choices. Prices were typical of any restaurant and food was decent. Breakfast was cereal muffins or waffles. There was only one waffle maker so there was a pretty long line to use it.

First room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Second room wasn’t much better, but had clean towels and linens. People around us were loud and shouting most of the night and morning. They were having sex and it was very loud. Did get a refund on second night of parking, but only stayed one night. If it hadn’t been after midnight we would have left after check-in. I’ve stayed in some cheap hotels, but this takes the cake. Staff was smoking while working in the lobby.

When I booked, parking was included for our 6 days. When I checked in, I was given a b.s excuse that since I booked through Expedia, parking was not included and I’ll be charged for parking, which is the only reason I stayed here in the first place. I will not be back.
