The manager on duty, totally rude, cussing in front of guests. Yelling at staff. Running people out trying to get coffee at 8:45. " you need to hurry because we gotta get this area ready for lunch." Boyfriend or Husband hanging out every morning, which made the whole situation worse. Breakfast was not ready on Monday at 6, she was gonna break a window out in the lobby to get it opened but i guess a maintenance guy figured out something downstairs for her to access. She was totally unprofessional our whole stay. 5 days. Smell of weed every day as soon as you walked out of your room. The bar employees were amazing! Kitchen staff were great.

Great Stay at Quality Inn O’Hare! I booked this hotel for my brother, and he had nothing but great things to say. From the smooth check-in process to the clean and comfortable room, everything went well. He also really enjoyed the food and mentioned that the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience!

Overall good experience. Negative for me was the shuttle service. The shuttle was late for a pick up to the airport and for airport drop off at 3 am. When asked it was constantly "it will be here shortly". Waited 15 to 30 min each way.

1. None of the rooms have a functional bathtub, as per the front desk: you can only shower in the bathtub, there is no way to fill up the tub. 2. Breakfast is the worst I've ever seen in any hotel - nothing hot (no eggs, bacon, sausages cheese). Bottles of apple and orange juices in a fridge, which didn't get refilled in the 15 mins I spent there. The waffle maker is broken and the attendant was shockingly rude when I informed her that it needs to be refilled. Said no, you need patience and when she tried herself, the small cup of waffle liquid took forever to come out (then she says she is not paying to fix this machine). It's her hotel so I wondered if the guests should pay for fixing it???? I had a plane to catch and was in no mood of arguing with this nonsense.

First room I was given was at the end of long hall by exit door & had hair on sheet. Staff moved me closer to lobby I didn’t feel secure enough at night with the door locked. Shower in the am barely had any hot water. Breakfast- no waffle batter & by the time there was some there was a line so didn’t bother with it.
