Ok hotel - great location - surprise at checkout - a “destination fee” of $23 a night for two botes of water (the first day) and “free” wifi - a rip off - never staying there again ($7 dollars for a sparkly water you can get for $2 steps away at walgreens)

This property is elegant and very convenient. I loved the location being right by michigan ave and the lake. Staff was really professional and friendly. Hotel has everything you need and that authentic, old town Chicago feel. I would definitely stay there again.
