The room was clean and the woman at the desk was nice. However, the walls seemed thin and the lobby and elevator were a bit dirty. Also, the drive to get to the hotel and the extra cost for parking were uneeded inconveniences.

Nice hotel, but no actual airport shuttle service!

We stayed at this hotel in order to take the shuttle to the airport. We woke up early and got downstairs in plenty of time but when the shuttle pulled up we were met with the issue of there not being enough room for people or luggage. When my husband booked the shuttle he was specifically asked how many people and how many bags. It was completely stupid and inconsiderate to push us to the later shuttle. We couldn't take the later shuttle because we would have missed our flight. We ended up having to cancel the hotel parking fee and driving our own car to the airport where we paid more than double for parking. Ridiculous customer service. The guy at the front desk did not seem to know how to handle the issue at all. What's the point of asking how many people and how many bags when it doesn't matter. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here just for that reason. There's no guarantee you will be able to take the airport shuttle. They need to have a bigger vehicle or two! Common sense! The hotel is very nice inside, but if you arrive after dark the parking lot is barely lit and the hotel faces the opposite direction of the street so parking is in the back. They need to do some work on the parking lot, lighting and signs to get in and out.

If you are going to an event at the All State Arena, it's perfect! The staff was very nice and room was very clean and nice. I would stay here again. My only complaint was the parking lot. It was small and the spaces were tight.

I’m not sure if it’s because my room was on the first floor but the wall (some thru the vent) is thin that we could hear other ppl’s conversations. And it’s also right under flight path in the afternoon, planes passing by was noticeable. Kinda sounds like loud wind. With that said, I would still recommend and stay here again because it’s literally a hop over to the arena. Maybe try higher floors.

When to allstate arena for a concert, we arrived later than expected, but check in was a breeze, the receptionist was really nice. Parking was cheap considering parking in some chicago areas can be a little pricy, the venue is right in front of the hotel and that is the best part of this. Room was clean, and there is lots of stores at a walking distance so didnt have to worry about literally anything. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great facility with a very clean room. The facility looks newly renovated, which really made the room outstanding. Quiet floor, very well lit hallways, and lobby with a great continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The main road entering the property is an absolute horror. If I didn’t drive a SUV, it would have torn the whole underside of my vehicle off. No instructions on how to put the heat on in the room. It was so cold and blew cold air even when we powered it off. Try calling desk a few times no answer.
