This property was a commute for me with my co-worker. We both were staying here. So that's why I didn't leave, but every since i've been here they haven't had hot water. I call numerous times they always say someone's coming out to fix it and it's fixed for a day or so. The manager there is so ignored. She had the nerves to tell me if I wasn't happy with the hotel. I should just check out like hot water is not a daily need. And I was told that I would be accommodate for it, but that was a lie.

Cars were broken into in the parking lot, including my friends. Police said that the hotel has the highest rate of car break ins. No security at the hotel. Felt very unsafe.

Problems may lie with management
The staff themselves were very kind. It is possible some of the issues were poor management on the managers part. One multiple occasions throughout our stay, no towels/washcloths were available and we had to wait for them. The floors in our room were dirty also.

Why rent if its not up to part?
There was no hot water the entire stay. They refused majority of my money. I will never stay again. It was only 20 something degrees that week who didn't deserve a hot shower. Why rent rooms if you have no hot water. Not too mention they are serving old re boiled eggs.

The hotel smelled like a skunk. The mattress in rm 225 was awful. Get in & you roll to the middle. Turn over & the springs squeak. The sheets are terribly rough & hurt your elbows. We ran out of toilet paper. I found a lady cleaning rooms & asked for a roll. She couldn’t understand a word I said. Had to find someone else to help me. Why aren’t rooms checked for their needs??

This place has really gotten bad the past few years. Me and my wife would usually stay here when visiting family in Chicago but not anymore. The staff is horrible, the building and furniture looks old, and the place constantly smells like weed with bad people around the place.
