The room and staff were good. No complaints. However, I injured myself in the shuttle bus to the airport by sitting on seatbelts that had no protective covering (bare, sharp metal) and received a deep bone bruise that is still very painful several days later.

The hotel charged me for some stains on some towels that were easily removable, they didn’t even attempt to wash them first since they charged me as soon as they got the room back. The area surrounding is great multiple stores just have to take the long way since you can’t walk across Allstate arena. Staff has an attitude and breakfast is not the best. The hotel itself looks very ghetto on the way to the main entrance but once inside it looks fine. If you’re staying for a night or two it’s fine I guess.
