The property was clean.. Continental breakfast limited, but decent. I didn't like that rooms.weremt serviced during the stay. My one complaint was no hair dryer in the room and none avyat.the front desk. The weather was in the 20's so I couldn't wash my hair because it was much too cold to air dry. I did like the location with Olive Garden and Cracker Barrel on the same street.

My stay with them was very unpleasant, I will say I awas treated horrible by a lady the front desk, but the manager that took over after she left was very pleasant and fixed the situation after another employee explained the incident and how she treated me. To some it up I was asked to move rooms because my cousin brought her dog ,and they only allowed dogs on the 1st floor. The room we were moved to had a plumbing problem and it smelled horrible and hadn’t been cleaned. After we addressed the issue there were no other rooms available so the manager explained she would give us a night free and remove the pet fee, which I felt was the proper thing to do, but when I saw my state it looks like I was charge for 4 days instead of one night. She tried to accommodate us to the best of her ability but it was a mess that didn’t need to be.
