Horrendous temperature control in rooms. Hotel pumps ridiculous amounts of heat in the room through a noisy vent 24/7 and the only way to counteract it is running the even noisier ac unit. Room would reach almost 80 degrees without running the ac (this was late October and the temp was in the 40s and 50s outside all week). Did not get a good night sleep through my entire stay. Complained to the front desk and nothing was done other than the maintenance guy fiddling with my thermostat which changed nothing. The bathroom also had black mold on the ceiling. Will never stay at a La Quinta again.

Great location near Willis Tower.
Suite room with sleeper sofa which worked well for our family of 3 adults. Room was clean and spacious. We could hear a sound periodically (room was next to the elevators) but it didn't affect our sleep. They do not have a daily room cleaning, every 3rd day. Perhaps this is the new norm, but I prefer to have the towels replaced every couple of days.

We drove 3 hours then checked in and when we got to the room maintenance was fixing the bathroom, & we couldn’t use it or leave our things there before heading out. So we had to go on a scavenger hunt for a bathroom then come back with our things. A notice would of been appreciated.
