This is a great boutique kind of hotel. Staff are fabulous. Rooms are very nice but since the hotel is in the middle of the city, it can get loud at night.

The property was extraordinarily pet-friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful beyond what was required. Great city view from our room. The happy hour was a nice addition. Breakfast had many choices.

Really nice, spacious, quiet and clean room. Great location. Only downside was a view of a brick wall 3 feet from ok our window. Would still stay again with hopes of a better view in future.

We loved our stay at Kinzie Hotel! The room is so cute, comfortable, and quiet. The decor is stylish, and the staff is friendly. We loved the walkability of the hotel to fun things to do, plus the El train is a short walk away. We would come back again and again.

Michael the bell staff was very nice and accommodating. Veronica was a joy. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who checked me in but he was THE BEST!

Elevators very loud. Placed on 2nd floor in alley where garbage trucks slamming at 6 am for 40 mins straight. Housekeeping knocking at 8am.
