One Night Stay
Overall the hotel is very nice. Staff is very friendly. Easy access to the river north area and theater district. Mattresses and pillows could use some updating as well as the outlets in the room. Phone chargers would not stay plugged in (Room 624). Found parking less than a block away in the Greenlee garage for $49 for 24 hours compared to the $70+ wanted at the hotel itself.

Nice Weekend Getaway
Kinzie hotel was the perfect location for our weekend getaway. It was in walking distance to tons of restaurants and area attractions. It was a short Uber ride to United Center, train station, and the airport. The cocktail reception for guest was a nice unexpected surprise. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is clean and comfortable and in a great location. It’s very comfortable. But if you book a city view room don’t get too excited. There’s not much of a view at all.

Great stay!
This was a lovely spot for our couple's weekend in the city. The area was close to the action but just on the outskirts so it was nice and quiet. They happily stored our bags for us in the morning before check-in so we could explore the city, and were accommodating in every way. The room was clean and comfy and there was a smart TV in the room that allowed you to sign in to your streaming accounts, which was nice. I was able to finish the movie I started on the plane.

We did a Chicago “staycation” and had 2 rooms. The king room had a nice city view. The double had a view of a rooftop with equipment, so be aware that’s a possibility. The hotel is in a great location for shopping, theater, and museums with easy parking. Nice blue/gray/dark wood design scheme. Happy hour and breakfast included. We enjoyed our stay!
