I loved how close it was to everything. The staff was accommodating and helpful. I wish that there had been a coffee maker in the room.

Need improvement for 4 Star status. Below satisfactory experience for me at Royal Sonesta.
Amenities are only in the lobby for the whole building. 1 Microwave for all the units in the building. 1 hydration station in the entire building.

Close to everything. For the price of the hotel wasn’t worth it for the quality. And hidden fees should be aware in time of purchase.
