My first time visiting Chicago and i actually meant to select the Royal Sonesta downtown i didnt know there were two locations however the river north location was great! The location was very convenient i didn’t have to uber much. The room was great. They let me do a courtesy late check out and i paid for an additional hour. I definitely recommend!

This property was a great location and a great place to stay. Close to all amenities, including transit, shopping and dining. The staff were all amazing can’t see enough great things about everyone we encountered.

It was so clean and comfortable the upgrade was amazing and it was the perfect stay. Close to everything and the view was beautiful

This the 3rd Sonesta we tried in Chicago for a couple weekend getaway. We had a great experience, the staff was very helpful the room was very clean and everything worked. The furniture did not show any major wear. This location is very convenient to the subway, restaurants and shopping. We will stay again.
