Your front desk staff was great as was Spiros in valet. From the moment I called from the airport for directions to the hotel to my departure everyone of your staff members treated me like royalty. Nice and clean rooms. Great pool and workout facility. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Rooms do not have a refrigerator, a bit f a surprise for the price and they hit you with a $60 convenience fee that is not advertised.

We stayed 6 nights. Very clean hotel. Room was clean and anytime we needed something they were there to help. Doormen always had great recommendations for places to eat. Within walking distance of Navy Pier, Riverwalk, and red line that will take you anywhere you need to go.
