The room was perfect, the location was perfect for visitors looking for tours and fun close by. Amazing restaurants and shopping close by. The staff at the L7 were absolutely amazing! I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to any new travler who really wants to visit the city of Chicago!

River view room was exceptional. I napped one sunny afternoon in one of the window seats and at night we had an incredible view of the city lights from the Merchandise Mart to the Trump Tower. This is a hopping location with lots of foot traffic. The lobby was adequate but more of a waiting room for people leaving than a hub for people gathering. Would absolute stay here again.

Excellent location that is close to everything. Staff is wonderful, particularly Antonio the doorman. The room was exquisite with incredible window seats to admire the amazing river views. The espresso machine and popcorn snack area in the lobby was greatly appreciated and the breakfast in the Perilla restaurant was delicious. Excellent boutique hotel with many thoughtful details.

Great location!
Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect and close to all the local attractions. We didn't have a car so we walked everywhere and it was not a bad walk at all to get to all the places we wanted to see. The hotel staff were super nice and the doorman always greeted us with a friendly smile and hello.

The window nooks were fun to sit in and watch people on the streets below. The mattress on the pull out sofa was not comfortable and we ended up using the cushion from the window nook for our kids to sleep on.
