This is a 3 star hotel staged as luxary. It was not the room advertised, even after the property assured me it would be. The bathroom was dirty. River view means staring directly at trump tower. I will not consider staying here again in the future.

Our Go-to Chicago Hotel!

This was my fiancé and I’s second time staying at L7, and it won’t be our last! We always feel so welcomed. The staff is always so helpful. The rooms are lovely! We are haven’t tried the restaurant attached yet, but we will when we come back!

Four star and it kind of bleeds through. Spotty, poor quality WiFi. Every video call was dropped at dome point. Was on the 14th floor. Called to complain and got the “it isn’t us answer. Room are clean and modern. Restaurant is good. End conclusion, could be a good choice if it had better WiFi.

The staff made check-in and check-out easy and were very polite and professional. The room was perfect for a quick solo trip. Room had a fun sitting nook right against the window that overlooked the city. I especially liked the nice lighting in the room and the comfy bathrobes. I would definitely book here again!

Great hotel. Nice view but Lots of train noise.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely lobby. Quiet halls and didn’t hear other guests. We had a river view room on the 8th floor and the noise from the train made it very hard, almost impossible to sleep, with Loud screeching every 10 minutes or so. The good - Comfy beds. Loved that there were sheet masks in the bathroom too. Nice coffee station in the lobby. The biggest cons were the $65 parking, the never ending L train noise and there was a random smoothie in our fridge from a previous guest.

Very nice and in a great spot. Loved our stay and our view was exceptional. Staff was great. Room was clean and the beds where so comfortable, will be definitely staying there again!
