Better than Ever
Newly renovated, the rooms are great and even feature a high quality air purifier in each room. The staff is super friendly and it’s great to see familiar faces from when it was a Kimpton - with Antonio and Jovan. Will always stay here when coming back to Chicago for business and fun.

I think this property was my best stay since coming to Chicago so often. I really enjoyed the area but my only gripe was with Lyft not being able to locate us every time we ordered one. I think the property was called something else previously so that made it a little complicated. Otherwise, amazing stay! Will definitely stay again/recommend.

Where are the CLEAN sheets????
We requested room service once and were surprised our bedding was not changed. The covers had been pulled over bunched up sheets. Decided to forgo everything but bath towels.
