Overall the hotel is nice and clean, however I was really disappointed to learn that the hotel no longer offers breakfast - not even coffee in the morning. The staff tells you just walk to Starbucks. I most likely will not return for that reason.

Had to drive around 20 minutes and wait on someone to leave a parking spot because the hotel don’t have parking. They recommend parking lot a block ahead but it’s 14 dollars a day

Nice hotel with modern amenities, very convinient location. Cheap parking in Chinatown, short walk to the train. This is a great alternative to pricey downtown hotels with $$$ parking. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Clean, nice part of Chinatown in Chicago
It was cool to be in Chinatown. I felt it was very clean and safe. The elevator required a key to go up the floors keeping it safe and there is a CVS across the street as a convenience, so everything is right there
