We were given a free upgrade due to it being my 60th. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The lady who attended to our room was friendly. Her name was Sabrina. The cleaniness of the room was outstanding. The gym was excellent.

Great location to enjoy the city of Chicago. Room felt large and was a great size for four people. Only one small window, so there was not enough daylight for the room. Corridors felt very narrow and dark. With four people in the room, I had to request extra towels/washcloths every day vs. having enough left in the room four our family.

I liked everything but the lady who was working at the check out counter. A lady of Asian descent was very rude when I asked for a late checkout. Never made eye contact and rudely stated she could give an extra 30 minutes! Who the hell needs an extra 30 minutes
