My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall, but the bar experience was disappointing. We ordered a lava cake that arrived without the accompanying ice cream, yet we were still charged the full price. Additionally, the bartender was not very pleasant and came across as a bit rude. He seemed more focused on leaving for the night, even though it was before 10 PM, and he had already closed and locked up the bar. While the hotel itself was great, the bar service definitely left something to be desired.

Overall stay was underwhelming. Rooms below average, bathroom not cleaned properly. Found hairs on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub upon arrival. This made me question the overall room cleanliness. The bathroom cold water faucet was not working. It took 3 calls to the Reception Desk before a repairman was sent to fix the problem...which he did quickly. Next trip to Schaumburg I will choose another hotel.

Lobby is huge: was hard to see the check in desk. Activity in the hallways sounded like it was in your room. Shower grout had soap scum. Parking lot isn’t identified from the front of the hotel, and there is not enough space in front of the hotel to check in/unload car. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom small.
