Very comfortable room. The free airport shuttle is frequent, every 15 minutes in the daytime, which is great! The only negative was standing in line over 30 minutes to check in.

Poor Management

We had a terrible stay the hotel was filled with poorly behaved teenagers from DECA. Hotel management and security were unable to get control of hotel. There were kids kicking room doors screaming in the halls and hosting parties. The kids were disorderly all night and the front desk said they could only offer a downgraded room as they had the kids spread throughout the hotel. In the future they should really consider separating the kids from the convention and regular guests.

Everything was very good and excellent except for the parking, the excessive price of $45 per night and the worst thing is that they charged me for 2 nights when I had only made an inquiry regarding the parking. Likewise, a girl at reception was very nice and solved my problem, and my friend and I got a parking space at a better price.
