Give Tony a raise!
Tony deserves more than 5 stars! My son and I came to Chicago for the Detroit Lions game. We got to the hotel early, and Tony was able to set us up with a great deal on an early check in AND an upgrade to a room with an amazing view. We were able to warm up in the room before the game, and this small town guy got to see a skyline that I'll never forget. Our room was very clean. Parking was easy. Really liked the no-contact water dispenser on our floor. I'll be staying here again when I come back. Again, Tony rocked.

Convenient if attending event at the convention center. You can walk across the bridge so there is no need to worry about weather. Beds are comfortable and clean, nice walk in shower. Rooms have a fridge but could use a microwave. Overall 4.5/5
