Quiet and convient. Gas and food spots were located 7 minutes down the street. We included the breakfast package in our stay and the buffet was small, but had something for everyone (we have 2 small children.) I took off 1 star due to standing water in the tub when we arrived, but it drained and we had no other issues. Overall stay was very restful and we will be back.

It was a decent living space, the staff was good as well, however, I think they were reluctant about the amenities or something, but provided them once asked. Overall, a pleasant experience. Would I do it again? Yes, but only if there is a price drop :)

Well, staff were super nice! Top notch! That’s why they got my 3 stars. Otherwise i probably have gave them 00000! Rooms like so bad felt like I was in motel 6 ! Hyatt brand disappointed me! Hotel needs lots of renovations!! TVs need to upgrade so guests can use their on apps. To owners please spend so money for renovations!!!

Pros: Staff was welcoming both at check-in and check-out. Great food and service at the restaurant and bar. Room was very clean at check-in. Cons: 1. Only one side of the bed had outlets which is unusual. When we called the front desk to ask for an extension cord she asked why we needed it so we were surprised when a two foot cord was brought to our room (obviously not long enough to extend from one side of the bed to the other). The person who brought it said that there are outlets on the side or behind the bed but that "they don't like people knowing that." Very odd! We moved the bed and there was no outlet in the back (we had already checked the side) but there was an extension cord tucked behind the bed. It would have been nice if the person at the desk told us about the cord so we wouldn't have had to wait an hour for a cord that we couldn't use. As an aside, the side tables don't have drawers which isn't a big deal but, again, unusual for a hotel. All of this was more of an annoyance but might be important to those who need outlets on both sides. 2. Bedding: The mattress cover and the sheet that goes over it were FLAT sheets, not fitted, so anytime we moved even to the slightest, the cover and sheet would create ripples which were very uncomfortable to sleep on and we got very little sleep. Even though there are some positives we won't stay here again because a very uncomfortable bed resulting in poor sleep quality and put a damper on our getaway.

Overall beautiful stay!

It was a nice hotel. Bar and restaurant staff were so friendly as well as maintenance. Only major problem was we went for the pool and on our last day they did not open the pool until 6 pm. They said it was due to maintenance but not once did we see someone in there working. Some staff were confused like us as to why it was closed.
