Free room upgrade

Soon as we were checked in at the front desk, manager walked up to us, shook our hand and said he apologized cause the room we booked wasn’t available. He then said that he upgraded our room to the top floor with a better view and no extra cost. Friendly staff, modern/clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel but ni room service

Loved the hotel except for no room service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was super clean. Restaurant (steak & sushi) was wonderful. Food snd service excellent. I dined there twice - nice not to have to leave the hotel after a long day at McCormick Place. My first day after driving 400 miles, I wanted room service - but they don't have it. You have to physicslly go to one of the restaurants, order, and wait. You can't even call to order ahead. A kind person at the front desk - Alex, brought me a meal I had to go online and tell Alex what I wanted. He brought me my receipt and I signed then he went back to get my food and brought it to me. For older people Room Service is important.
