Ok stay but let down through problems

A nice hotel, but let down by a few items. Bar closed on the weekend. Room servicing was missed 3 out of 5 times and what a nightmare for getting an accurate bill for expenses.

Long lines at check in. One person working as slow as possible.We Wanted to get something to drink one of the staff directed us to the bar where no one was working. The front desk said should be open ? 1 hr later asked again they said sorry bartender called in ... so ??? Billion dollar corporation doesnt have a backup bartender ? For the recored the bar never opened while we were there. The rooms are noisy! There is no insulation in this building. You hear everyone fighting, farting and f**king! At one point I thought my door was open the people in the hallway sounded like they we're in our room. The room had spill stains on the walls that have never been cleaned etc. The breakfast was an absolute nightmare! Attempted to eat twice ! Both times everything was empty and 12-20 people waiting for them to bring out more food. We left went to local restaurant. We stayed here because of its location, Being walking distance to the event we were attending. Next time I'll stay somewhere else and pay for an uber.

Great location and beautiful. Unfortunately we drove and the dedicated parking garage was completely full, as well as the rest of the lots in the area. Had to walk 20 mins in the cold with all of our luggage.

Beautiful hotel, easy street parking, great breakfast, awesome pool with a fantastic view - floor to ceiling windows. We stayed in a suite which had lots of room, clean and very modern. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Almost perfect.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice. The only issue that I had was that the mattress on the bed looked old.

The above rating is not for the property--it's for the staff who tried to check us in. Since they were overbooked, we had to be "walked" to another Hyatt property. If the check in clerk had explained that when you get "walked" to another hotel, you are required to return to the original hotel after the first night. (BTW, we were traveling with my 90 year old mother-in-law who has mobility issues, and I would DEFINITELY remember if they told us to return the next day.) We were not told to return and wrongly stayed at the new hotel, which caused a billing nightmare. My son already paid Expedia, but we were charged again for the stay. Most of the charges fell off the credit card within 5 days, but 2 had stuck until we called the hotel to remove the last 2 pending charges. It took over 2 weeks to finally get this situation resolved! We were told by the Hyatt staff at the original hotel that using a 3rd party for booking rooms is not ideal since you don't have the ability to check actual room availability. That disconnect is very bad and discourages me from using a 3rd party reservation service, preferring to go directly with the hotel for a reservation.
