Great stay in South Loop
Great location in South Loop accessible to at least 3 different L train stations (red, blue, and brown). Walking distance to shops on State, Millennium Park and several restaurants. The staff was incredible helpful and sought to be as accommodating as possible during a busy holiday. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and the price was right for a quick two night stay.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and was disappointed with some aspects of the service. First, the shampoo provided caused scalp issues, leaving me with dandruff. Additionally, housekeeping was inconsistent—amenities like water and towels were not replenished daily, even though my booking was for multiple nights. I expected better attention to detail for a comfortable stay.

4 star Hotel but 2 star service!
Very disappointed in the lack of customer service experience. When I asked the guy who attended to us for an upgrade or a different room with a view - without even looking he said we don’t have anything we are completely booked. Wow! This is the first time any Rep has said that in my 20 years of staying at 4 star hotels. I felt he was a little discriminatory as he saw my wife and I were Pakistani. Additionally, there was no shower gel and very limited shampoo in the shower area. The sink also was backing up. I wish the room service would have checked all these things before we checked in at 6pm.
