This place is so cute. Gives off a vintage vibe. We were there for only one night. The rooms are clean, bedding is nice and fluffy, great pillows. The rooftop has a phenomenal view. Walking distance from everything. They have a “break room” w snacks, coffee, tea lattes a microwave and tv. Their gym is open 247. Will definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again! The room was spacious, clean and updated. I appreciated that the toilet and shower are closed off from the rest of the bathroom, which was helpful with multiple ladies getting ready at once. The staff was always friendly, helpful and responded to any needs promptly. We also visited during a time when at least three large events were going on downtown so they were super busy, but didn’t miss a beat!

A stray dog would have been treated better, than what we experienced. I filled a complaint in March with the hotel, still haven’t heard anything. I still have not received my FULL REFUND… it’s almost JUNE! I called yesterday and got the run around. Waiting on a call back hopefully today! After all this I’m still being nice and not writing about my awful experience, because ill get all upset again. I don’t want that energy. I will tell you what I do want… I want my refund. Or I will go into grave detail about the worst day of my LIFE!! Thanks to your establishment.

Before I get into the hotel review, I want to preface by saying all of the staff were amazing and super nice, they were as accommodating as I'm sure the company itself would allow and I appreciate them for that massively!!! I'll start with the pros: - (I was on the 18th floor) In my opinion, anything 16th floor and above is absolutely perfect, great height for any view in that aspect. - Bathroom was nice, I loved the flat floor for the shower, it was mostly clean (will mention later) and felt amazing, definitely some of the best showers I have had. -The room was comfortable; it was amazing to have climate control for my room and as far as amenities, I was satisfied with what was provided considering this was a solo trip. -Rooftop var
