The staff is superb. The single room we stayed in was on the small side but served our needs overall—we weren’t spending a ton of time in the room so it worked out. The hotel was quiet and the location was perfect for us. We were able to find free street parking near instead of paying for the nightly parking fee. We also had dogs with us and there is a large grass area across the street, which worked out well for us. For those with skin sensitivities, the hand soap we had was SLS free, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash did not have the ingredients listed so be aware. Overall we had a great trip and we will stay here again.

This place was conveniently close to the United Center, which is what we were going for. Transit was also decently close. Staff was lovely. The facility was fine but the area was a tad sketchy. Not many dining options around so we ate in the city. The room was okay, needed a bit of TLC. The bed (king size) was fairly comfy and it met our needs, but not sure I'd pay what I did again.
